Mission Opportunites

Missions at Peoples United Methodist Church

What is "Mission" at Peoples UMC?  Mission is defined as what we do for others in Jesus’ name outside our four walls.
We are involved in several mission porjects presently.
Presently we are doing the Fremont Giving Tree where we help families in our community that are in need of assistance to provide gifts for their children during the holidays. We support them with three gifts for each child. Our whole comunity gets involved and we are honored to help is this way to make everyone's Christmas special.
We are also doing a reverse Advent Calendar where instead of getting something each day we put something into a basket for the Fremont Food Pantry. On Christmas Eve we will bring them to an In-Gathering for the Pantry.
